Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Nature

StructuraAI operates on a prepaid "Workspace Credit" model. Because our service consumes expensive computational resources (AI API calls, server deployments) in real-time, all credit usage is strictly final.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• Unused Top-ups: If you purchase a credit package and have not consumed ANY credits from that specific transaction, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the transaction date.
• Technical Failure: If a system error incorrectly deducts credits from your account without initiating the generation pipeline, those specific credits will be restored to your workspace balance. Fiat currency refunds are not provided for partial credit usage.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Credits that have already been consumed by the generation engine.
• Dissatisfaction with the subjective aesthetic or layout of the AI-generated website.
• Account termination due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

4. Cancellation

You may stop using StructuraAI at any time. As a pay-as-you-go platform, there are no recurring subscription charges to cancel unless explicitly stated at checkout.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request an eligible refund, please email our support team at contact@structuraai.in with your Transaction ID. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
