1. Delivery of Digital Goods
StructuraAI does not ship physical products. We provide a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and digital API credits.
2. Instant Delivery Mechanism
Upon successful payment confirmation via our payment gateway (Razorpay), your "Workspace Credits" are delivered instantly and automatically to your StructuraAI account dashboard. This process typically takes less than 5 seconds.
3. Accessing Your Purchase
Once your top-up is successful, you can immediately verify your new credit balance by navigating to the Dashboard > Top Up section of your account. You can utilize these credits immediately to trigger the AI generation pipeline.
4. Delayed Delivery Issues
In rare circumstances involving banking network delays, a payment may be deducted from your bank but delayed in reaching our system. If your credits are not reflected in your account within 1 hour of a successful bank charge, please contact our support team immediately with your Razorpay Transaction ID, and we will manually reconcile your ledger.
